WHAT TO EXPECT? Processing service issues, including corresponding with customers and partners from different countries, is your daily business You are responsible for the commercial processing of repairs, warranty orders, and service issues, from the offer to delivery.

You work closely with the technical and order processing departments You support the support management in commercial activities You take care of the parts system for repairs in coordination with our support management WHAT SETS YOU APART? You have a commercial education or equivalent You have at least two years of professional experience in a similar environment with similar requirements Negotiable English skills in spoken and written form help you in dealing with our international customers and partners Technical understanding of industrial PCs or similar products is desirable but not mandatory A high level of self-motivation and teamwork characterizes you
