Your tasks
- Supporting patients in organizing and coordinating the provision of medical aids in collaboration with doctors, therapists, and social workers
- Planning and conducting discussions about medical aids and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Monitoring and expediting approval processes and handling inquiries from insurance providers
- Networking with service providers and medical aid teams from insurance providers, as well as training employees
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the medical field (e.g. occupational therapist, physiotherapist, nurse, medical assistant)
- Thorough interdisciplinary knowledge of medical aid provision
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with patients, as well as assertiveness and organizational skills
- Teamwork, dedication, reliability, and good computer skills, especially in MS Office
