Your tasks

  • Supporting patients in organizing and coordinating the provision of medical aids in collaboration with doctors, therapists, and social workers
  • Planning and conducting discussions about medical aids and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Monitoring and expediting approval processes and handling inquiries from insurance providers
  • Networking with service providers and medical aid teams from insurance providers, as well as training employees

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the medical field (e.g. occupational therapist, physiotherapist, nurse, medical assistant)
  • Thorough interdisciplinary knowledge of medical aid provision
  • Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with patients, as well as assertiveness and organizational skills
  • Teamwork, dedication, reliability, and good computer skills, especially in MS Office
