The German Red Cross District Association Siegen-Wittgenstein e.
V. is a service provider for various clients in the field of transport services for people with disabilities. We transport around 550 passengers per week with 110 vehicles and 190 employees.

We are looking for an open-minded and team-oriented employee to coordinate and plan personnel, vehicles, and passengers, as well as perform administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for

Dispatching of trips for line and individual transport services (transport services for people with disabilities)
Taking over paid oncall times on the phone
Active relationship management with passengers, clients, and facilities
Planning of personnel deployment including vacation planning and management, taking into account earnings and working time limits, as well as in case of illness of personnel
Personnel management of drivers and escorts, including applicant management
Monitoring the timeliness and completeness of required certificates and conditions (Plicense, driver's license, etc.) and vehicle files, as well as violence protection concept
Optimization of routes and times
