To support our extensive and demanding customer base, we are seeking a motivated individual (M/F/d) to join our customer support team.


Your responsibilities in this customer service role will include:

  • Managing purchase orders
  • Providing customers with advice on costs, alternatives, and discounts
  • Assisting with device operation in case of any issues
  • Aiding in the operation of our online shop
  • Maintaining customer master data (e.g. addresses, bank details)
  • Actively promoting and offering special prices and promotions

To be successful in this customer support position, you should have:

  • Experience in handling customer inquiries
  • A serviceoriented and goaldriven mindset
  • Ideally, the ability to multitask, but at least be able to handle stress well
  • A team player attitude, selfmotivation, and a sense of responsibility
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Fluent Dutch language skills
