What we expect from you:

A degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics, or a similar field
Demonstrable excellent knowledge of object-oriented software design and several years of programming experience
A strong technical understanding of web applications
A keen interest in Ajax, web, and browser technology
A strong interest in the functional and dynamically typed programming language JavaScript
A high affinity for interaction/interface design and usability engineering
Experience with event-driven GUI programming
A long-term interest in business informatics and enjoyment of working in a service-oriented company with constantly changing requirements and technology areas
Proactivity, strong problem-solving skills, as well as creativity and a passion for innovation
Knowledge and experience with Flash programming or programming Ajax-based RIAs with Ext JS or other Ajax/JavaScript toolkits is advantageous
Good to very good English skills
