We are currently seeking an ambitious
Student Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Hannover, working part-time (20 hours/week) in the GFI (Invoicing, Payment & Compliance) department.


Exciting challenges await you:


  • Preprocessing and booking of incoming invoices and credit notes in SAP modules FI and MM
  • Maintenance of master data in SAP
  • Processing of exemption certificates
  • Administrative tasks (assisting in the creation of reports, analyses, presentations, statistics, etc.) using Word, Excel, etc.
  • Communication with business partners and our departments

Duration of employment:


  • Parttime until April 1, 202
  • Place of work is our main office in Hannover
  • Weekly working hours are 20 hours

What we expect from you:


  • Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Ideally, some knowledge of SAP, but not required
  • Independent, thorough, and structured way of working
