For the RMCC, we are looking for a strong leader as Operations Manager (Operations Director) m/f/d.


Your responsibilities:


  • Operational and administrative management of the team, including training, staff planning, briefings, and development
  • Control of operational key figures, including cost of goods sold and labor costs
  • Monitoring of cash balances, daily closings, and inventories

Your profile:


  • Several years of experience in the hospitality industry and in personnel management
  • Knowledge of commercial processes and business management control
  • Passionate host (m/f/d) with excellent organizational and communication skills
