Description

Starting in August, we are offering an apprenticeship for a Brewer and Maltster (m/f/d) at Clearfield. You will learn how to brew and fill our beers with us.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Learning the entire brewing and filling process
  • Cleaning and disinfecting the brewhouse and tanks
  • Fermentation and monitoring
  • Bottling and kegging, as well as cleaning the kegs
  • Preparing ingredients for the brewing process
  • Maintaining and cleaning equipment
  • Documenting all processes
  • Tasting beers
YOUR PROFILE
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a good academic record
  • Passion for good beer and its production
  • Physical stamina and no aversion to practical work
  • Quick learning ability, initiative, and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
