Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a client in Nuremberg for a

Setter / Machine Operator for Stamping (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities include:


  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring the stamping line, including conducting specified quality checks (e.g. first piece inspection, SPC measurements, quality assurance measures, etc.)
  • Adjusting and coordinating peripherals and stamping machines
  • Adjusting stamping tools
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Ensuring the required output
  • Supporting departments with new runs
  • Sorting and disposing of stamping waste
  • Documenting and completing work documents
  • Adhering to production processes based on ISO TS 16949 and applicable work instructions

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a toolmaker for stamping and forming technology, industrial mechanic, or equivalent experience and knowledge
  • Experience with stamping machines, ideally Bruderer stamping machines
  • Willingness to work in a 4shift system
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
  • Initiative, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills

Working hours:

Early shift 06:00
