Your responsibilities:

  • You develop concepts and designs for new tools, fixtures, and product designs in coordination with product and process development
  • You inspect tools, individual parts, and externally manufactured constructions
  • You support external suppliers in project execution
  • You assist in-house operations and process development with the implementation and commissioning of self-created concepts and designs
  • You work on projects in various areas
  • You modify existing article and inspection drawings
  • You are responsible for converting existing 2D functional drawings into new SolidWorks 3D drawings, including derivatives

    • Your profile:

  • A completed technical education, such as a tool mechanic (specializing in forming technology) or an industrial mechanic (specializing in equipment and precision engineering), is advantageous. In addition, you have completed further training as a technician or master
  • Alternatively, you have completed a degree in plastics, construction, or development engineering
  • You have good theoretical knowledge of plastics processing
  • You have practical experience in the design of injection molding, punching, extrusion, and/or deep drawing tools
  • You are proficient in working with 2.5D/3D CAD systems, ideally
