WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

You are responsible for checking in passengers and their luggage
You conduct boarding at the gate and ensure that all passengers are on board
You check travel documents and compliance with the entry requirements of each country
You implement the regulations of the individual airlines and the requirements of the airport
You are the contact person for passengers for questions and irregularities
You support colleagues in the Operations department with flight preparation and post-processing

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

You speak German and English very well; additional language skills are of course helpful
You are highly reliable, resilient, and not easily flustered
You see high customer orientation as part of your daily work
You appreciate having weekdays off, as we work in shifts and on weekends
