We are looking for a painter to paint a 90m2 townhouse in Raintree Plantation, MO.

The job will involve painting the walls of 3 bedrooms, a living room, and the ceilings of the two bathrooms and kitchen.

The townhouse is in generally good condition, but may require some minor repairs on the walls. The total area to be painted is between 70-100m2 and there are 5 or more rooms to be painted. The type of paint finish will be a repaint with the same color. The painter will be responsible for providing all necessary materials.

The townhouse is privately owned and the schedule for painting is flexible, with availability on all days of the week.
