KG we are looking for an Area Manager (m/f/d) for building cleaning in Aue-Bad Schlema, full-time, starting immediately Your working hours Monday to Friday, weekends as needed Flexible trust-based working hours 39 hours per week Part-time also possible Your RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring customer satisfaction and the agreed cleaning performance in your properties in the Erzgebirge region between Bad Schlema and Marienberg Planning and coordination of personnel deployment as well as ensuring quality Motivating and supporting employee management in daily work Trustful cooperation with external service providers and customers Economic management of the area of responsibility Optimization of the use of cleaning machines, materials, chemicals, technology, and cleaning processes Your PROFILE Successfully completed training in building cleaning, housekeeping, or hotel management advantageous Ideally several years of professional experience in building cleaning and/or as a manager, e.g.
