Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Field Representative to join our team.

As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, promoting our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conduct facetoface presentations to customers based on leads given by client
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Data entry

Skills:

Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Multilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
Proficient in outbound calling techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
