Vitos Weil-Lahn, together with Vitos Herborn, forms a regional network under the umbrella of the Vitos Group. Our main task is to treat adults, children, and adolescents in psychiatric, psychosomatic, and somatic specialist clinics. Our accompanying psychiatric services support people with chronic mental illnesses.

For our location in Hadamar, we are currently looking for a temporary employee (m/f/d) for our telephone switchboard and information desk, with a part-time contract (EUR


What will you do with us?

  • You are the face of our institution both at the reception and on the phone.
  • You answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate contact person.
  • You help our patients, visitors, and guests find their way to their destination.
  • You handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as the processing of packages and shipments.
  • You coordinate the reservation of company vehicles and the distribution of keys.
  • You assign colleagues with radios and keys.

You have:

  • A successfully completed vocational training.
  • Experience in the field of telephone switchboard and reception.
  • A wellgroomed appearance and a friendly and confident demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and good knowledge of German.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (weekends, Sundays, and holidays).
