Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, including insurance carriers, brokers, agencies, and other potential clients.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to acquire new clients, penetrate existing accounts, and expand market share.


Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target client organizations.

Conduct client needs assessments, identify pain points, and propose customized insurance solutions to address clients' specific requirements.


Solution Design and Consultation:
Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs, risk profiles, and business objectives.

Design tailored insurance programs, coverage solutions, and risk management strategies to meet clients' unique needs and objectives.


Market Analysis and Research:
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes within the insurance industry.


Proposal Development and Presentation:


Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of insurance solutions.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business and maximize revenue opportunities.


Requirements:


  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
  • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
  • Minimum education: Associates degree in Business.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Successful sales background.
