Responsibilities:

  • Your tasks will include the comprehensive management of civil and structural engineering projects, from receiving the contract to successful handover.
  • You will supervise and guide junior construction managers in your own projects.
  • Your main responsibilities will include contract management, cost estimation (including bid calculation), change order management, preparation of work schedules, and precise control of deadlines and costs.
  • You will coordinate coordination meetings with various stakeholders such as clients, architects, contractors, and project partners.
