The BBI- Education and Counseling Institute GmbH is a successful and recognized educational institution in the field of vocational training and labor market integration.

We are looking for a full-time psychologist (m/f/d) starting on for our location in Bitterfeld.


Your responsibilities
Psychological support for participants in adult education within the framework of our educational measures and projects (development-promoting counseling and individual support, behavior training, offers to promote independence, crisis intervention/conflict resolution, documentation and performance evaluation)

  • Establishing or improving individual employability for vocational and social integration
  • Comprehensive personal support to guide and support the overall process and change the behavior patterns of participants
  • Improving social and professional skills
  • Eliminating various and serious obstacles, such as debt or addiction problems
  • Stabilizing the overall life situation
  • Discovering the potential and resources of participants with the goal of achieving secure and equal participation in employment and society.

Your profile

  • University degree (diploma or master) in psychology or educational psychology
  • Methodological competence in counseling work
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Driver's license class B would be desirable, but not a requirement
  • Sensitivity and empathy
  • Ability to establish and maintain contact and communicate effectively
  • Organizational skills and flexibility
