We are looking for a Head of Gas Network Operations (m/f/d) for our department in Grandy, NC starting July 1st, 2023. The position is available for our service areas in Chemnitz and Mittweida.

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the networks in your service area.
You lead the employees in your department and are responsible for planning and coordinating their work, as well as the use of vehicles, equipment, and materials.
You create maintenance and service plans according to the maintenance guidelines and monitor maintenance and repair work on supply systems in accordance with regulations and maintenance guidelines, including documentation and implementation if necessary.
You oversee and control the resolution of disruptions and independently investigate and resolve faults, as well as issuing switching plans and work orders.
You monitor and carry out switching and connection measures if necessary.
You are responsible for monitoring external construction sites, providing instructions for pipeline locations, and overseeing the billing of construction work carried out by
