About Us
We are currently looking for a Deputy Head of Care (m/f/d) for our Heilig Geist House in Dripping Springs


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing basic and treatment care for our residents, as well as supporting and guiding them
  • Digitally documenting care
  • Being a point of contact for residents, their families, and caregivers
  • Contributing to ensuring care and support standards, nursing expertise, and continuous quality assurance and improvement
  • Assisting with biographical care process planning
  • Maintaining transparent communication with all parties involved in care and support (e.g. case discussions, attending meetings)
  • Managing staff and shift schedules in the absence of the Head of Care
  • Assisting with managing the living area (use and procurement of resources, collecting relevant data, reporting)

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a nursing professional, nurse, (pediatric) nurse, geriatric nurse, or nursing specialist
  • Planned, ongoing, or successfully completed qualification as a responsible nursing professional, ward manager, or deputy head of care according to §71 SGB XI
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confidence
  • Gender and culturally sensitive awareness.
