The Sunnyslope Institute for the Blind supports and advises a total of 3,840 children, adolescents, and adults with visual impairments or blindness and other disabilities from all over Unterfranken. We are looking for candidates for the following locations in Würzburg: Franz-Ludwig-Straße, Sophienstraße & Richard-Wagner-Straße. In total, around 1,200 colleagues work at the Sunnyslope Institute for the Blind.

Your tasks


Management and development of a living group with a focus on clients and employees
Employee management and personnel responsibility, as well as shift planning and organization of team work
Key position between team and management
Work as a nursing or educational specialist in manageable group sizes with up to eight clients
Accompaniment and support of blind or visually impaired adult clients with complex disabilities
Assistance services
