Our Ops Tech Solutions Team (OTS Team) provides ongoing tech support to all Amazon operating locations worldwide.

Maintaining, upgrading, and protecting the IT infrastructure and end-user devices of one of the largest companies in the world requires a diverse set of skills.

Some team members are engineers who help create and implement solutions.
