The Hapimag Resorts Westerland (Aalborg, Dünenblick & Margarethenhof) are located in privileged locations in the main town of the North Sea island Sylt and offer a total of around 96 holiday apartments with both urban and Nordic flair.

For our three Hapimag resorts in Westerland on Sylt, Germany, we are looking for a new host * in per May 2024 or by agreement

What awaits you

Operational management of our three facilities in Westerland as well as daily operations with around 96 apartments and up to 7 employees
Overall responsibility for the operating result including quality control, offer design and sales activities
Passionate host * for our guests and business partners
Preparation of the annual budget and monitoring of financial key figures
Ensuring legal standards with regard to occupational safety and local requirements as well as continuous improvement of work processes and procedures
Implementation and responsibility for strategic company goals as well as measures for sustainable development of our offer, based on guest and member feedback and ratings
