The Catholic Church in Stuttgart covers the area of the state capital Stuttgart with its 12 overall parishes. 17 parishes for Catholics of other mother tongues reflect the international character of Stuttgart.

For the Catholic overall parish of Johannes XXIII in Stuttgart, we are looking for a team leader for the Organized Neighborhood Assistance St.

Michael (m/f/d) as soon as possible, 31.6% of full-time employment (12.5 hours per week). The main place of work is the St. Michael parish in Stuttgart-Sillenbuch.

Your tasks include:
being a contact person for those in need / for families, receiving and processing applications, home visits, scheduling and supervising helpers, telephone service and correspondence, handling financial and administrative tasks, and complete billing of assignments

We expect:
friendliness and competence, good communication and teamwork skills, organizational talent and the ability to work independently, understanding of the tasks of the Catholic Church and the desire and will to live Christian values
