Childcare Worker (m/f/d) for the Jupiterstraße Day Group

Our day group in Jupiterstraße is located in the Grünau district and offers nine places for children between the ages of 6 and 16.

We provide care for children with social behavioral issues, developmental delays, emotional problems, complex support needs, and academic difficulties. Our facilities are adjacent to a large garden and the nearby Kulkwitzer Lake offers many opportunities for leisure activities.

Your responsibilities include:

Care according to § 32 in conjunction with § 35a of the Social Code Book VIII
Promotion and strengthening of the children's and adolescents' social skills
Creating a socialpedagogical environment that enables social life experiences
Active work with parents and families
Use of reinforcement systems
Intensive collaboration with network partners such as schools, youth welfare office, family helpers, and other institutions
Consistent implementation of rules and norms

Your qualifications:

Staterecognized childcare worker (m/f/d), BA in social pedagogy or social work with state recognition
Treating children with respect, impartiality, interest, and appreciation for their previous life strategies
Basic knowledge of the Social
