Your role
As our Chief of Staff, you will work closely with our CEO, Paul, to plan and implement company goals and strategies that will drive our growth and enable us to scale


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Paul in daytoday operations and strategic decisionmaking
  • Collaborating with department heads to review and improve processes for efficiency
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in our product
  • Leading and managing projects to ensure successful implementation and tracking progress
  • Preparing detailed concepts, presentations, and reports to keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Acting as Paul's primary point of contact for confidential and critical matters
