Ciocca Dealerships of Pleasantville/Atlantic City is seeking a Business Development Center Representative to join our service team.

Hours:
Flexible schedules Monday through Saturday, with both full and part time opportunities available.


Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000+


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage inbound service phone calls
  • Make outbound calls with dealer provided prospecting list
  • Daily duties including making and confirming appointments
  • Directs customers to the appropriate departments as needed
  • Works directly with the service teams and managers
  • Review vehicle history to advise customer of suggested services as well as inform the customer of recalls or service campaigns affecting their vehicle

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience is preferred
  • An excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to grow
  • An active listener to best understand customer needs and concerns
  • Ability to build rapport with our customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and interact with all colleagues including management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
