Intellias is seeking a highly skilled Manager with a strong background in Test Engineering, specifically in the automotive field, to oversee the expansion of new business, maintenance of existing projects, ensuring service quality, and resolving any blockers or impediments that may arise for teams. This role will also involve providing daily on-site support to stakeholders and showcasing Intellias' capabilities in the automotive segment to clients. The candidate should be prepared for occasional business trips across Europe.

Requirements:

• Experience in project/delivery management

• Proven experience in managing teams of 15 or more people and people management

• Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimation, software engineering practices, and improving team efficiency

• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead structured discussions

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues

• Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, able to multitask, results-driven, and quick-thinking

• Fluent in German and English (required)
