We are looking for reinforcements for our human resources department. Would you like to become our new colleague?

YOUR TASKS:

  • Comprehensive personnel support for a defined group of employees
  • Processing of labor and collective bargaining law matters, including payroll
  • Consulting and supporting managers in personnel selection, deployment planning, and development
  • Consulting and support for supervisors, employees, and contract partners regarding incapacity for work or sickness benefits, and processing of all related processes including reporting and certification
  • First point of contact for social security agencies

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Adequate degree or qualified training in the field of human resources, such as human resource management, human resources specialist, social insurance clerk, or healthcare clerk
  • Knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and social security law
  • Ideally, knowledge of TV-L/TVöD
  • Willingness to familiarize oneself with the tasks
  • Proficient in common IT applications
  • Engaged, enthusiastic, and open to new ideas and methods
  • Necessary sensitivity in dealing with employees at all levels
  • Ability to act friendly and calmly in the tension between different interests
