We are looking for dedicated architects with strong design skills for conceptual and execution planning (phases 1-5) with several years of professional experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Private and public construction projects in the areas of office, hotel, residential, and retail
- Creation of conceptual, approval, and execution plans for largescale projects
- Development of detailed solutions for costeffective and sustainable construction
Your profile:
- Extensive experience in detailed planning with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Previous experience as a project manager is advantageous
- Knowledge of technical regulations and standards
- Dynamic, dedicated, and cooperative personality
- Good German language skills and organizational abilities, social competence
- Proficiency in Office programs
- Excellent CAD skills in Vectorworks
- Knowledge of SketchUp and Revit is desirable
- Completed master's or diploma degree
