Are you looking for a new, exciting and challenging career opportunity where your expertise and personality will be valued? Look no further We are currently assisting a kindergarten in Frankfurt in their search for a team member (m/f/d) to support their debt collection and accounts receivable tasks.

This position will initially be filled for a period of three months.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicating with parents, social services, lawyers, etc. via phone and email
  • Processing payments (direct debit/ bank transfers)
  • Negotiating payment arrangements within the scope of your authority
  • Preparing relevant reports and statistics related to outstanding debts
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and participating in projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent
  • Experience in debt collection and accounts receivable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
