We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales operations to new heights.

Job Description:

As the Sales Manager at Kiefer Mazda, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, including managing sales staff, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales revenue and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in automotive sales management.
Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
