Your responsibilities

Handling support requests for software and hardware, both in 1st and 2nd level support
Monitoring the status of ongoing support tickets
Monitoring and supporting the technologies and software solutions used within the company
Requests or issues outside of defined responsibilities will be forwarded to the appropriate departments in the form of documented tickets, pre-qualified if possible
Performing installations, adjustments, and dismantling of workstations and related peripheral devices
Implementing and testing project requirements for software and hardware
Creating service reports
Participating in various company projects
