Your responsibilities
- Handling support requests for software and hardware, both in 1st and 2nd level support
- Monitoring the status of ongoing support tickets
- Monitoring and supporting the technologies and software solutions used within the company
- Requests or issues outside of defined responsibilities will be forwarded to the appropriate departments in the form of documented tickets, pre-qualified if possible
- Performing installations, adjustments, and dismantling of workstations and related peripheral devices
- Implementing and testing project requirements for software and hardware
- Creating service reports
- Participating in various company projects
