Your responsibilities

  • Handling support requests for software and hardware, both in 1st and 2nd level support
  • Monitoring the status of ongoing support tickets
  • Monitoring and supporting the technologies and software solutions used within the company
  • Requests or issues outside of defined responsibilities will be forwarded to the appropriate departments in the form of documented tickets, pre-qualified if possible
  • Performing installations, adjustments, and dismantling of workstations and related peripheral devices
  • Implementing and testing project requirements for software and hardware
  • Creating service reports
  • Participating in various company projects
