Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is seeking a full time Office Assistant to grow with our practice.If you have considered a career as a medical administrator, this is a great position to begin learning about the industry.
We are seeking a motivated, intelligent and responsible individual to join our team as an Office Assistant.The duties of this position include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Printing, sorting and filing incoming faxes
- Data entry
- Contacting insurance offices to obtain client coverage benefit information prior to their initial evaluation
- Assisting the Therapy Scheduler team with patient registration
- Preparing and organizing client paperwork
- Auditing client registration forms for accuracy
- Correction of data entry
- Recording office statistics
- Light cleaning and organization of front office
- Minimal client scheduling as needed to support our Scheduler team
- Assisting with billing and collections tasks as needed

Compensation:
- $17 to start with a range of up to $20 per hour and advancement opportunities
