Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is seeking a full time Office Assistant to grow with our practice.

If you have considered a career as a medical administrator, this is a great position to begin learning about the industry.

We are seeking a motivated, intelligent and responsible individual to join our team as an Office Assistant.

The duties of this position include:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Printing, sorting and filing incoming faxes
  • Data entry
  • Contacting insurance offices to obtain client coverage benefit information prior to their initial evaluation
  • Assisting the Therapy Scheduler team with patient registration
  • Preparing and organizing client paperwork
  • Auditing client registration forms for accuracy
  • Correction of data entry
  • Recording office statistics
  • Light cleaning and organization of front office
  • Minimal client scheduling as needed to support our Scheduler team
  • Assisting with billing and collections tasks as needed

Compensation:
- $17 to start with a range of up to $20 per hour and advancement opportunities
