Your responsibilities:


  • Assisting customers with using the booking portal website
  • Making and changing hotel reservations
  • Providing customer support for existing bookings, inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Sharing information about the hotel, such as sports and leisure activities, excursions, and evening events
  • Sending booking confirmations; canceling and modifying reservations
  • Developing individual solutions

What you should bring:


  • Excellent German skills and good English skills (knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus)
  • Enjoyment of customer consultation and creating tailored solutions
  • Business acumen and a strong service mindset
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic personality with a convincing presence
  • Independent, responsible, and structured work style
  • Good MS Office skills and quick adaptation to new IT systems
  • Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience
