Your contribution:

Support the department head of Research and Development in daily operations
Assist in the preparation, organization, and followup of meetings, discussions, and workshops
Creation and preparation of presentations and reports
Coordination and documentation tasks in communication, development projects, and project management
Handling internal and external correspondence, both in German and English
Maintenance of developmentrelated software tools

What you bring to the table:

Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
Proficient in common MS Office programs
Good written and spoken English skills
Quick comprehension, good analytical skills, and a solutionoriented work style
High level of initiative, reliability, and strong communication and teamwork skills
Good written and spoken German and English skills
