Description

We are looking for several Outplacement Consultants (m/f/d) on behalf of our client, a subsidiary of a telecommunications group, at the locations of Bonn/Düsseldorf, Greater Frankfurt/Darmstadt, and Leinfelden with a start date in October 2024.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting employees in transitioning from the client company to positions in the job market and identifying suitable placement opportunities
  • Assisting with individual change processes through counseling/coaching
  • Conducting suitability assessments
  • Developing a clear personal and professional positioning
  • Identifying training needs
  • Creating an individual marketing strategy
  • Activating professional and personal networks
  • Placing employees through active job search methods such as: job postings, hidden job market, targeted company outreach, networking, recruitment agencies, and social media channels
  • Coaching employees on their job application campaign, including resume and cover letter writing
  • Planning, designing, and conducting group training workshops

Your profile:

  • Completed degree or vocational training
  • Training in outplacement consulting and/or coaching is desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in outplacement consulting
