What tasks await you?

  • You will work as a specialist in 1st/2nd level support for the Skilled Service Desk-PC Support
  • You will assist with the acceptance, dispatching, and 1st and 2nd level support
  • You will handle various and extensive tasks in a given system environment, for which the solution paths are generally known and must be selected and applied accordingly
