Hiltonia is seeking a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager who is fluent in German to sell BESS products and solutions to clients in the utility business sector in Germany.

The Role:

  • Create and implement sales strategies for BESS products in line with company goals.
  • Provide regular sales reports, including customer feedback, to management.
  • Collaborate with other sales departments, PV module sales teams, engineering teams, and operations to complete projects.
  • Negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build professional relationships to identify new business opportunities with a hunter and farmer mindset.
  • Deliver energy solutions to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the utility sector.
  • Experience with BESS is a plus.
  • Passion for business development and sales with a hunter mentality.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong commercial sense to develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
