Description
Hiltonia is seeking a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager who is fluent in German to sell BESS products and solutions to clients in the utility business sector in Germany.
The Role:
- Create and implement sales strategies for BESS products in line with company goals.
- Provide regular sales reports, including customer feedback, to management.
- Collaborate with other sales departments, PV module sales teams, engineering teams, and operations to complete projects.
- Negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts with relevant stakeholders.
- Build professional relationships to identify new business opportunities with a hunter and farmer mindset.
- Deliver energy solutions to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the utility sector.
- Experience with BESS is a plus.
- Passion for business development and sales with a hunter mentality.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong commercial sense to develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
