Customer Assistance Group Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated customer service professional to join our Customer Experience team. This role is based out of Anthony's, Sylmar office building. Typical weekly schedule will be Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This team member will report directly into the Customer Experience Manager.


What you will be responsible for in this role:

  • Prepare and support customer bid / quote packages.
  • Determine customer product needs, product types, cost of product
  • Initiate presale tasks as it relates to product knowledge, quoting, and order entry
  • Configure complex products within internal software to provide quotations to external customers, regional sales manager, and dealers
  • Manage orders throughout the full sales cycle from quotes to equipment installation. Follow through post shipment customer experiences diagnosing and repairing failures.
  • Implement, sustain & maintain customer pricing and specifications in the customer database
  • Support sales managers and commissioned representatives with quoting and processing order needs
  • Create and maintain general work instruction and customer specification documents for accounts
  • Liaise with internal Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Planning and Production to determine technical feasibility of new products and configuration options
  • Partner with finance, shipping, and production to clear credit issues and maintain communication with external customers, regional sales manager, and dealers
  • Ability to work in Customer third party Portals
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issues and escalating where needed.
  • Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing conduit
  • Collaborate with all internal departments, answering questions regarding orders, customer specifications, and opportunities for assigned account(s)
  • Provide order status updates to external customers, regional sales managers, and dealers
  • Participates in customer visits to contribute to presentations, process clarification, etc.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Ability to read drawings and electrical specifications


  • Mathematical skills

  • Often have to calculate percentages, linear feet and custom net openings.

What are the basic qualifications?

  • Must have High School Diploma.

What are the preferred qualifications?

  • Prefer Bachelor's Degree in business related field or in lieu of education, 5 years' experience in account management or inside sales

  • Must be a team player and ability to work crossfunctionally
  • 3 plus years in Manufacturing.
