The Employment Program Manager I will be responsible for monitoring, overseeing, planning, influencing a positive working environment, and organizing Wagner-Peyser programs in the Calexico AJCC.

As a member of the Imperial Valley - Chula Vista Cluster management team, the Employment Program Manager I participates in developing and implementing goals, objectives, polices, and standards applicable in the support of the Workforce Innovative Opportunity Act (WIOA).

The incumbent will ensure that service delivery follows Departmental policies and guidelines, supports a human-centered service design model, and will collaborate with partners and other community based organizations.

The position is located in Calexico. Travel may be required.
