The team at the WTG authority, consisting of six administrative and nursing professionals, conducts on-site inspections at facilities for residential care and integration assistance for people with disabilities to ensure that the living conditions and care provided meet the necessary standards of care and quality.

They also provide advice and work with service providers to ensure that residents can lead a dignified life.

We are looking for dedicated colleagues who are willing to take on responsibility, have initiative, and enjoy a varied job with field visits.

The office is located at Willi-Becker-Allee 8 (near the main train station) and is easily accessible.

Your tasks include:

Preparing and conducting quality inspections at facilities according to the Residential and Participation Act (WTG NRW) and documenting the results
Analyzing the inspection results, preparing reports, and verifying whether the service providers have implemented necessary measures
Responding to inquiries, advising service providers on the requirements and regulations of the WTG NRW, and processing applications
Providing advice on quality assurance for facilities, particularly for facility managers,
