Regional Manager Pharma (m/f) | South

In a unique position to fundamentally change the lives of patients with "forgotten" diseases, our client is a leading company with over 1000 employees worldwide, at the forefront of developing innovative therapeutic options that have a significant impact on these diseases.

Their commitment ranges from already established commercial products that have helped thousands of patients, to late-stage development programs that are on the verge of widespread use, as well as groundbreaking early-stage research.

To further drive expansion, a new Regional Manager is being sought for the South region.

What will your responsibilities as a "Regional Manager (m/f)" include?

Holds sales responsibility in the respective sales area (Southern Germany)

Implements a sales plan with specific goals and targets to maximize revenue growth
Operation Excellence - ability to monitor team performance and implement behavioral strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, including monitoring the budget for regional activities
Promotes an entrepreneurial culture with a focus on accountability and responsibility
Supports and leads projects in their region and beyond at a national level, together with the Marketing Lead DACH
Builds and strengthens strong relationships with key opinion leaders to support business objectives

Reporting line is directly to the National Sales Director Germany
