Check In at the Airport (m/f/diverse)
in Munich / Freising


Your tasks:


  • Check in passengers
  • Identity checks
  • Verification of required travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates) according to internationally applicable country regulations
  • Administrative processing of boarding processes
  • Passenger assistance at the counter and during boarding
  • Pre and postflight preparation including documentation

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Check in experience is an advantage
  • Experience at the airport is an advantage
  • Knowledge of check in systems is an advantage
  • Enjoyment in assisting passengers
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Good PC skills
  • Valid reliability check according to 7 LuftSiG is an advantage
  • Flexibility and composure even under time pressure
  • Strong willingness to serve and customer orientation
  • Working hours are mainly in the morning
