Team Leads duties include but are not limited to:
- Motivate the team.
- Customer service.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Monitor business operations
- Be part of the team in also carrying out duties that include running, cleaning related tasks and stocking items.
All employees are required to work Rainbow Cones outdoor events and some holidays and need to be able to physically work on their feet for at least 5 hours at a time as well as work in hot and cold temps.
