Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using double entry bookkeeping
Proficiency in Excel and chart and graph grneration.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
Analyze financial statements and provide insights on trends and variances
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information for reporting purposes
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings
Provide support during external audits

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Proven experience in accounting or a similar role
Strong knowledge of private equity accounting principles and practice
Proficiency inusing Quickbook and Excel s accounting software.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of budgeting processes and techniques
