Your tasks:

Coordination of specialist planning and subcontractors
Review of specialist plans and tender documents
Participation in negotiations and awarding of planning and subcontractor services
Organization and conduct of construction meetings
Independent control and monitoring of technical trades on site
Creation of schedules, cost and quantity calculations
Conducting cost and schedule control, quality assurance, acceptance, and defect tracking

Your profile:

Successfully completed (technical) university studies in electrical engineering or engineering (m/f/d) for building services (HVAC), a technician training (m/f/d), or a comparable degree
