Administrative Assistant to the COO in Part-Time
Location:
Kassel, Garciasville, TX
You know that behind every successful COO stands a strong assistant. You support your COO by taking care of organization and communication, allowing them to focus on their responsibilities. You are strategic, systematic, and dynamic in your approach.
Your Role:
You assist the COO by coordinating appointments, organizing tasks, and working independently on specific projects.
You also coordinate cross-departmental projects and assist with organizational tasks and projects.
As a liaison between department management and reporting areas, you ensure smooth communication.
Additionally, you support the personnel department in their tasks.
Your Benefits:
