Your Responsibilities

  • Development of stateoftheart and forwardthinking electric drive concepts
  • Analysis of the drive system of batteryelectric highperformance vehicles
  • Definition of requirements for the drive system
  • Concept development, handling of studies and verification through simulation
  • Support and use of benchmarking in the areas of drive units, batteries, and thermal systems
  • Implementation and adherence to the approach and methodology of system engineering
  • Effective integration into the global development organization of the OEM

Your Competencies

  • University degree and relevant experience in the OEM or supplier environment of the automotive industry
  • Indepth knowledge of subsystems within the electric drive system, such as highvoltage Liion batteries, electric drive units, thermal systems
  • Experience in engineering methods and tools such as requirement flow, Vprocess, FMEA, DOORS, AMESIM, GT Suite, Matlab/SIMULINK
  • Experience in working in crossfunctional and global teams, as well as managing technology projects in concept development
  • Great team player, high integrity, and enthusiasm for electric cars
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and fluent English complete your profile
