Our real estate company is growing at a fast pace. We are looking for hungry individuals to add to our Retail Team as well as our Investment Team.

Elite Home Advisors gives new team members the tools they need to be highly successful through training and tracking KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites
• Onboard new team members in order to become fully integrated
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Management Team
• Point of contact and training for new hires for the first 90 days

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Familiar with Online posting tools
• Time Management and Organization skills is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system to build and maintain a pipeline
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter &/or Background in Real Estate Sales
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (In person 1 on 1, In person group, Zoom)

Specializing in wholesaling property, flipping investment properties, rental portfolio development. We are one of the top wholesale companies in the country. We are heavy on training our team members and have created a culture where team members thrive.


Pay:
$100, $125,000.00 per year
